1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Oveli Football (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Oveli

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account and register a player profile. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws in your country, region, and league.

3. Your account

• Sign-in is provided through Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating or updating your account.
• You may not share your account, sell access, or impersonate another person.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used to harass other players or organizers.

4. Player profile & consent

When you register as a player, you choose to share certain personal information (such as your name, email, date of birth, phone number, and playing position). By saving the registration form you confirm that:

• The information is your own and you are authorized to submit it.
• You consent to your match appearances, goals, assists, cards, and other on-pitch events being recorded against your profile and visible to organizers, teammates, and spectators of the matches you play in.
• You may edit or remove your profile at any time from within the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Submit false match data, fake events, or attempt to manipulate standings or leaderboards.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, matches, or watch rooms.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload the Service.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit (team names, short names, descriptions, and similar text). By submitting content, you grant Oveli Football a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any names or text you submit.

7. Match & tournament data

Match results, events, standings, and watch-room broadcasts are intended to be visible to participants and, where applicable, the public via shared room codes. Once a match is finalized, its core record (teams, score, scorers) is preserved as part of player and team statistics.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of match data they record.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oveli Football is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
